 Event sponsorship opportunities 2024

CCAT is offering a range of event sponsorship opportunities for members and partners to expose their brands and discuss their issues with other leaders in the transport, technology and infrastructure sectors. Events will bring together government and industry stakeholders across CCAT’s extensive networks.

Leaders’ lunches

Leaders’ lunches are small, informal events for senior government and industry leaders. These popular events provide an ideal opportunity for transport leaders to meet their peers and discuss pressing transport issues. A keynote speaker generally leads the discussion with a group of 15-25 guests. Guests are invited without charge as guests of the sponsor organisation.

Sponsorship benefits include exclusive branding, two seats including one next to the keynote speaker, delivery of the vote of thanks, display and distribution of collateral, and post-event publicity.

Cost: $9000

CCAT Board lunches

CCAT Board lunches are exclusive events for senior government and industry leaders to meet with members of the CCAT Board and high-profile guests following the quarterly CCAT Board meetings. These events are for guests at the senior executive level and above (generally chief executives), and are limited to 10 guests. Guests are invited without charge as guests of the sponsor organisation.

Sponsorship benefits include exclusive branding, two seats including one next to the keynote speaker, delivery of the vote of thanks, display and distribution of collateral, and post-event publicity.

Cost: $7,000

Exclusive site visits

Site visits are events hosted by sponsor organisations on-site, providing an opportunity to share information about a transport or technology innovation and present your issues to a small group of senior government and industry leaders. These events are for guests at the senior executive level and above, and are recommended to be limited to 15 guests. A suggested format includes a discussion led by the sponsor organisation, a tour of facilities and finally networking and refreshments or lunch. Guests are invited without charge as guests of the sponsor organisation.

Sponsorship benefits include having key stakeholders on-site to hear your issues, visibility of your brand and post-event publicity.

Cost: $2000

Industry meetups

Industry meetups are larger events tailored for members to meet with government and industry stakeholders for information sharing and networking. Guests are invited without charge as guests of the sponsor organisation. Formats include:

  • Fireside chats – a keynote speaker or panel will discuss a transport topic, followed by networking and refreshments.
  • Showcases – a member will present a recent initiative or new program, followed by networking and refreshments.
  • Large group site visits – a member will host guests on-site to share information about a transport or technology innovation, followed by networking and refreshments.

Sponsorship benefits include the opportunity to promote your organisation’s initiatives, exclusive branding, display and distribution of collateral, and pre- and post-event publicity.

Cost: Variable, depending on size and logistics of event.

Be an event sponsor

To express your interest in sponsoring an event, email info@ccat.org.au

Unless otherwise agreed, CCAT will coordinate events in consultation with the sponsor organisation, including securing a keynote speaker, inviting guests (using CCAT’s extensive stakeholder networks), arranging the venue and catering (except for site visits), and disseminating pre- and post-event publicity.

Sponsorship is invoiced at the time of agreement, with some flexibility possible if required.

Sponsor organisations commit to sponsorship of the event. This applies even if specific arrangements must change during the course of coordinating the event, such as a keynote speaker or date. A refund will be arranged if the event does not proceed.
